The Bastion Jacket is our new improved belay jacket. Climbing technical pitches in winter that require periods of intense aerobic activity followed by sitting still while your partner follows, requires a nice warm jacket to put on over your other layers and recover for the next pitch. While originally intended for this type of scenario, the Bastion can be worn in any outdoor scenario where packable warmth is needed.
